During the holiday season public parkings are rarely available.You may rent our nextdoor underground closed parkingplace for 45 Euros per week. Apartment and parking: Check in Saturday from 4 p.m. Check out Saturday by 10 a.m. Rental price includes: rental of apartment plus inventory, energy costs, air conditioning, hot and cold running water, and use of the swimming pool.Not included: tourist tax (1,30 Euro per person per day), cancellation or cancellation insurance, rental of bed, bath and kitchen linens. These last can be rented from the manager or you can bring your own. This apartment is for non-smokers and pets are not allowed. On your arrival, the manager will welcome you, bring you to the apartment and provide all necessary explanations. He will also request a security deposit of 200 Euros. This deposit will be returned at check-out if the apartment and inventory are left clean and in good repair.
